SAGES – Innovation & Impact Workshop
SAGES Review + Co-developing and communicating research effectively to end users
Friday 2 June 2017, 12.30, University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen

OVERVIEW
Delivering real impact from your research requires effective engagement with both the public sector and with businesses, from start ups to multi-national corporations. ECCI’s Innovation team invites SAGEs members to this Innovation & Impact workshop that aims to provide academics with pathways for co-developing and communicating research effectively to various stakeholders from business to policy. Increasingly, end user engagement is a key requirement for any research led funding (e.g. NERC, Horizon 2020) – this workshop will provide an overview of how best to achieve that engagement effectively. There will be a case study and an interactive session to ask questions and share knowledge and ideas.
